"When we came onto this lot to look for a car we were looking for a vehicle to drive home that day. We had no idea what kind of vehicle we wanted but did have a price in mind. Richard came right outside and was very nice about being patient with us. He went through several cars and prices over and over again. Even though it was getting very late in the day he seemed to not care how long we needed. We left with the car we loved and the price was good too. "My wife & I purchased a 2010 Ranger from Harold Dellinger, at Don Woods Ford & Hyundai, in Athens, Ohio. This sales person should be teaching a class on how to treat customers. It has been a very long time since I have dealt with a sales person that showed such respect to my wife and I, such as he did. Even though it is a 3 hour drive for us to get there, I will be contacting him with my next car purchase. I wish it was within my power to be able to give him some type of an award. Because of how I have been treated in the past, I purely hate to even pull into a car lot to look around because of the way sales people dive on me like vultures, and then treat me like I haven't a single since in my head.
